  • Sessions - 50 minutes.

    Integrative Therapy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. It offers a non-judgemental and supportive space where I listen and guide, but you set the pace and direction. The focus is on providing you with the freedom to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you gain clarity and discover what feels right and meaningful for you.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this, as everyone approaches therapy with their own unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or ongoing guidance, the decision is entirely yours. Once we agree on a regular session time, that slot is reserved for you each week until you choose to make a change.

  • The cost is £40 for a 50-minute therapy session. I also offer a free 30-minute initial consultation for us to determine if I am a good fit to meet your needs.

  • Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to engage in sessions from the comfort of your own space. It’s ideal for those with busy schedules, health considerations, or simply a preference for remote sessions. To get the most out of online therapy, it’s best to be in a private, comfortable setting where you feel at ease. Confidentiality and privacy are upheld to the same high standard as in-person sessions.
